INGREDIENTS :
7 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 ounces, unsweetened chocolate, chopped
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar

TO PREPARE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line baking sheet with foil.  Set aside. In a double boiler or in microwave, melt chopped semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate with the butter.  Remove from heat and stir until
smooth.
Beat sugar and eggs to ribbon stage, 3 – 5 minutes.  Add vanilla and chocolate mixture.  Sift dry ingredients together and stir in.  Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.  Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.  Bake for 8 minutes.  Remove immediately to racks.  Cool completely and sift powdered sugar over tops.
