Although the book is geared towards married couples, you can translate it into your dating relationship. If you read this book along with your partner, and both take it seriously, it can work wonders. It helps to understand what kind of love language each other speaks that way you know how to show them you love them. After reading it, I wanted to have a copy at home. It is a wonderful book about how to really love your spouse. It eased some frustrations for my husband and me once we realized we weren't always loving each other in a language the other understood. I have recommended this book to many people including family and friends. We are even going to use it for our MOPS group.
