I purchased the program and attempted to install it, after 2 hours of loading the 18 gigs and multiple updates it said installation was complete but the program would not start, it gave a fatal error and quit. I installed this on a computer with fully updated windows XP a Core2 Duo 2.66GHz, 3 gigs of ram, and an nvidia 8600 GT gaming card. I then decided to try Glo on my other computer with a fresh install of Windows 7. I got it installed after 2 more hours and it opened fine. However the program runs very slow and choppy and is constantly giving error messages anytime I click on the various pictures or video content and it crashed after 10 minutes of use. Keep in mind that I I installed this program on my computers that are designed for games and are well equipped for multimedia purposes There is no user manual that comes with the program, only a beautiful box with 3 DVD's. I emailed customer support for help 2 days ago and have still not heard from them. I looked on their website and there is no help there either. It seems like this software was released a bit to early. Before buying this program do a Google search for "Glo Bible Review"and see what others are saying. This is not an isolated incident. I really hope that they get all this figured out, because the program looks promising, but right now it is still in the development stage, and it is 18 Gigs!
