In the book, boundaries are broken down for you in their simplest form. They guide you through some effects of childhood issues that are carried into adulthood. I feel this is a book that you truly have to be honest with yourself to appreciate what is written, and there is something in this book that will touch base with anyone who reads it, somehow --someway. It gives you insight on giving, when it is too much and how to compromise with your time. It goes in detail on how anger comes from what we want. There has been a lot of light bulbs turning on in my head as I have read this wonderfully insightful book. I feel if you can learn one thing from a book it's a good book, but I have learned a lot from "Boundaries." 125 out of 229 visitors found this review helpful.
