Since I bought it, it has not only brought me closer to God but, has brought me and my mom closer together as a family and has made me feel closer with Jesus in my walk. It really is one of the greatest things i have ever bought, there is so much informationin it. I teach Bible study to one of m y friends with it who just became a new Christian I also take it to Bible study at my church and read by myself at home and with my mom. I also use it with my N.I.V.. It has made me look at the Bible more closley and it helps me understand the Bible and what it means and what they're saying in it. There is so much information in here about how you should talk to people of other religons and the similarities and differences between Christianity and people of all the other world religons. This is something which should be in every home, It starts paying for itself the second you open this Bible. I am more closer to Christ because of this book and I feel that. It has information on what to do to develop a christian mind and so many things written by Bible scholars to help you out. Lee Strobel has a section in hear about how apologetics changed his life. He if you don't know used to be an atheist and is now and has been for awhile now a totally devoted Christian, you will see why if you open this book. On a scale of 1 to 10 this book would be like a 15 or 20. It's off the scale it's so wonderful, i'm not even kidding. A few other people in my church have this book and agree that the Apologetics in this book are very wonderful and helpful. My pastor don't have this book but think it's wonderful and my other pastor says it is a very good book and very helpful and a great thing to have. My mom likes it also and has seen a change in my dedication to Christ just over the last 5 days all because of this book. The Bible in this book is very readable and easy to understand and at the bottom of the pages are explinations explaining what certain words mean and below that it tells about what certain scriptures mean or talk about or what was going on at that time. I said it before and I'll say it again this Bible should be in every home. I felt a pull or attraction to get this study Bible every time I went into the store and I'm sure that was God pulling me toward it to purchase it because he knew it would help me. I would highly recommend getting this Bible for people who don't have a Bible or for new Christians or for Pastors or for anyone who needs a study Bible or People of another faith other than christianity so that they might get to know Jesus too. I thank the Lord Jesus he sent this study Bible into my life it has helped out tremendously and brought me closer to the Lord already. I love it and all it's contents. When I took it to my Bible study the teacher's eyes got wide like WOW. I gues she thought I could probably take over teaching the class with it which I could lol, anyway I love this Bible and if you purchase it I promise you, it will be 1 of the greatest investments you ever made and it will bring you closer to the Lord and quite quickly if you just open.
