I saw Tenth Avenue North in concert and autimatically fell in love with the music and i clearly heard the word of Christ in the songs. That's terrible, because these guys are off the charts!!! My husband and I went to see them in Jacksonville and were completely overwhelmed. Not just by the rest of the music on the cd, but by the guys themselves. We were totally blown away by Mike, and I wish I had spent more time talking to the rest of the band...so I could know what makes them tick. But you have to, have to, have to hear this cd. We haven't stopped playing it since the night of the concert. We fight over who gets it in their car, we're gushing to everyone about them, and i was here looking to see if I could buy more copies to give to the graduates in our youth program. In the middle of the concert, they start talking to the kids, and we as adults we amazed....by their knowledge and passion to share a message, and the BEAUTIFUL way they have done it. (Mike was like a pastor...only without notes. Every person I heard him talk to he quoted scripture to...something different and applicable to each person...I was amazed! I didn't get a chance to really speak to the rest of the band, and I'm sorry that I didn't take more time....i'm sure they're all amazing people.) I went back to our church and told them that the next time these guys are within a days drive, I will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get our youth in front of them. We can't wait till the cd is out in stores, because we have people lined up waiting to hear it!!! It is a wonderful album, with beautiful music, and an awe inspiring message. Each song is one that you will sing over and over again in your head, in the shower, in the car...wherever you are. Each song is powerful and wonderful and heaven sent. I'm so glad that my husband loves the song "Love is Here", that's what got us to the concert. But now, I must confess we are both diehard fans.
