“We have never been as excited about new songs as we are about the ones on this album. We truly believe it's the best music we’ve ever made. There's definitely a lot of dynamics...the rock songs rock harder than anything we've done and there are some quiet ballads with piano and strings. The songs are honest and come from the good and bad experiences that we've had over the last couple years and the ways that we've seen God work though them. The title of the album is Never Going Back to OK, which is also the name of one of the songs. I saw the Afters in concert two years ago, I saw them twice in one weekend. They were awesome, I enjoyed the misic very much. I have both of their cd's, I love every single song from them. Beautiful Love is one of my favorite songs.

I would have to say I have never heard of The Afters,and this being their sophmore album,I never knew how popular they were till I went to see them in concert with the other 2 groups!!The Afters have a way of grabbing at your heart of their love of God,they put into their lyrics and I just fell in love with their lyrics..Very fun and lively and such sweet guys who love their families,pray for them as they're state got hit from the hurricane Ike..
