Vendors / Publishers Submitting Product For Review

 Thank you for your interest in submitting product to Family Christian Stores® (FCS). We regularly review new product to determine if it fits into our current product mix and marketing plans.

Following are our requirements regarding product submissions:

• Submissions are only accepted from established product vendors or publishing companies with whom we have an established relationship. Product will be reviewed and evaluated based upon our current product mix strategies and our consumers’ needs.
• Product submitted for review will not be returned to you.
• The following must accompany all product submissions:
  • A specific marketing plan, detailing your current efforts to promote your product as well as your vision for how your product could be marketed with Family Christian Stores.
  • Your current payment terms, discount schedule, returnability, and any markdown allowances.
  • Your contact information including email address and phone number, and website address (if applicable).
  • Any response from FCS to proposed product will be delivered via e-mail. Please be sure to include your email address.
• Identify the name of your company, and the distributor that carries your product.
  • All our vendors must be EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) compatible. If you are not EDI compatible, your company will need to become EDI compliant should your product be picked up to be carried by FCS.

NOTE:

• All products received for review will be given consideration based on the above points.
• Family Christian Stores buyers will respond within six weeks if there is interest in your submission. No response will follow if your submission does not fit into our current product mix and marketing plans.
