Online W-2 Form Instructions

To Log In:

Follow link and click on User Entry Portal.

https://www.estubview.com

Click on "Enter eW2 Portal"

Your User Name:

• fcs
• First 4 numbers of your social security #
• First 2 letters of your last name
• Last 5 numbers of your social security #

Example: if your name is Tom Brown and your SSN is 999-91-1111
Your user name will be: fcs9999br11111
Not case sensitive

Your initial password will be:

• fcs001 - That is fcs zero zero one

When you create a new password it must be 6-20 characters with at least 1 NON alpha or numeric.
This means the password must include a character other than a letter or a number, i.e., *&

Put in the default password and continue on with directions.

After completing the initial password change you will be logged into estubview.com

On the right side you will see an Icon “eNews”.

Below “eNews” icon you will see a blue link that says
Click Here to Print 2008 W-2s
Click on the link
To view the link you must have adobe reader on your PC
If you do not have Adobe Reader click here to download.

In the PDF you will have directions and another link to follow. Click on: “Get My 2008 Form W2”

This will take you to the login screen for eW2.
Click on Login to eW2 Tax Form Delivery Portal (bottom link).
You will use the same UserName and the Password you just created to login to eW2.

If this is the first time you are logging in, you will be prompted to “Consent” or “Decline” on the IRS Required Disclosure form.
It is very important that you read this form!

If you decline you will be logged out.

If you Consent you will be redirected to the Welcome to eW2 Page with the option of Viewing and Printing your eW2.
Click on View and Print W2 Form.
The eW2 will be generated as a PDF document - Reminder - this requires Adobe Reader.
If you do not have Adobe Reader click here to download.

If you are using a public PC, after you have printed the Form W2 be sure to click the logout button to insure privacy.
