- Nice clean family movie by Bob on 1/5/2017
My wife and I enjoyed the movie. It's very refreshing to have movies that we can just sit back relax and enjoy
- My family & I love this movie! by JEANNIE on 2/1/2016
My kids get excited when I put this movie on. They love the music and will normally come out dancing. This movie is completely inspiring for us moms. We get drug down by this world and the day to day of motherhood, but this movie is so uplifting and reminds us to keep going! All moms should watch! Safe and funny enough for the kids and husbands!
- Not what we expected by Colette on 4/10/2015
This movie wasn't what I thought it would be, I expected something very funny but was let down on this one.
- Should be condensed in 30 minute feature by Matthew on 1/30/2015
I really, really, really wanted to like this movie... but the bulk of the entertainment and faith based content could really be condensed into a 30-45 minute presentation. As a result the movie seemed to drag on - almost like they added content to stretch it into a full length movie. I watched this movie with my wife, and we're the parents of two young children - so we should've been able to relate this this movie. This movie was just poorly executed and we cannot recommend it.
- Very funny by Laura on 1/30/2015
We enjoyed this move a lot. It was funny, silly and if you are a parent, it puts the funny into parenthood. My mother in law was laughing out loud. Great entertainment.
- Encouraging, and funny movie. by Elizabeth Copeland on 9/8/2014
This movie was really refreshing. Many of the main characters are easy to identify with, as they are excellent portrayals of real life moms - messes, attempts at perfection, and breakdowns. As you watch them struggle with typical parenting issues of raising their children, balancing outside activities, and being "enough," you will find many scenes that grip your heart, and others that will have you laughing out loud.
All the moms in my group had a great MNO, and really enjoyed the movie.
I highly recommend it.
Disclosure: I received a copy of Mom's Night Out for a MNO viewing party with a group of friends from my parish.
- Enjoyed This by Amanda on 9/3/2014
This was a really good, family-friendly movie. It was actually pretty hilarious. Even my husband enjoyed watching this. I liked the honesty of the main character- she got everything she'd dreamed of, but wasn't happy because she wasn't happy with herself. Angela Johnson is great as always as is Patricia Heaton. Really can't wait to get the dvd to add to my collection!
- Great respite for more secular movies by Mitzi on 7/17/2014
I went with my sisters and we belly laughed through the entire movie. Didn't hear one bad word, no one was shown with a drink or cigarette, everyone kept their clothes on, and religion was presented in a positive way. It was a wonderful change of atmosphere compared to most movies. A must see for gals and guys alike!
- Hilarious by Guest on 7/11/2014
I saw this at the theater and enjoyed it from beginning to end. It's a great family movie with a ton of laughs. Some of the cast members are well known, and others (Robert Amaya and Alex Kendrick) have been in other movies such as Courageous. I was not disappointed!
