A few more days passed, and an isolated report from Vancouver, British Columbia, came over the wire of a lady being attacked by her collie. This was a dog she had owned for nine years without any problems. The dog owner was placed in the hospital with a total of sixteen bites on her. The reporter went to the hospital to interview her, and the owner had this to say, "I could not believe this was my dog. She turned on me as if she did not know me. I got lucky and fell through a window. Had I not fallen through that window to the outside, I think she might have killed me."
