A young boy fighting cancer writes Letters to God, touching lives in his neighborhood and community and inspiring hope among everyone he comes in contact with.
An unsuspecting substitute postman, with a troubled life of his own, becomes entangled in the boy's journey and his family when he begins reading the letters. They inspire him to seek a better life for himself and to reconnect with his own son, who he's lost through his alcohol addiction.
Inspired by a true story, Letters to God is an intimate, moving and often funny story about the galvanizing effect one child’s belief can have on his family, friends and community.
