Beth Moore some how knew just how I had reached a state of dispair and depression. I was loosing hope. I've had chronic disease for 12 years, severe and complex, requiring many doctors, hospitilazations, and surgeries. Plus I was suffering from relationship failures. I was about 6 feet under the bottom of the pit. She helped me understand the "pit" and how I got there. Understanding is a huge part of getting out!
Finally I worked and prayed my way out. And with God's help I'm a new happy person. I'm shocked that I can fell happiness! This is a must have book for any depressed person!
