FamilyChristian.com offers the ability to purchase music CDs or download an MP3 copy of the CD. You can also buy specific songs from a CD and download those MP3s for use on a device such as a smart phone, MP3 player, computer, or tablet.

1. Search for the item by typing a keyword or product number into the "Search" box at the top of the page

2. Click the title of the item

3. Update the quantity preferred

4. Select "Add to Cart"

5. Once you complete your shopping, click on "My Cart" on the top of the page

6. If you have a coupon, click the "enter your coupon code" link on the bottom left of the box

How do I submit my product to be sold through Family Christian?

Vendors/Publishers Submitting Product For Review

Thank you for your interest in submitting your product to Family Christian Stores® (FCS). We regularly review new product to determine if it fits into our current product mix and marketing plans.

The following are our requirements regarding product submissions:

  • Submissions are only accepted from established product vendors or publishing companies with whom we have an established relationship. Product will be reviewed and evaluated based upon our current product mix strategies and our consumers’ needs.
  • Product submitted for review will not be returned to you.
  • The following must accompany all product submissions:
    • A specific marketing plan, detailing your current efforts to promote your product as well as your vision for how your product could be marketed with Family Christian Stores.
    • Your current payment terms, discount schedule, returnability, and any markdown allowances.
    • Your contact information including e-mail address* and phone number, and website address (if applicable).
    • *Any response from FCS to proposed product will be delivered via e-mail. Please be sure to include your e-mail address.

    • Identify the name of your company and the distributor that carries your product.

NOTE:

  • All our vendors must be EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) compatible. If you are not EDI compatible, your company will need to become EDI compliant should your product be picked up to be carried by Family Christian Stores.
  • All products received for review will be given consideration based on the above points.
  • Family Christian Stores buyers will respond within six weeks if there is interest in your submission. No response will follow if your submission does not fit into our current product mix and marketing plans.

    What does DVD Region Code mean?

    The idea behind Region Codes for DVD movies was created to control the exportation of movies to other countries, thus eliminating the possibility of purchasing a DVD movie which has yet to be played at a local movie theatre. For example, standard DVD players purchased in the U.S. or Canada will only play DVDs that specify that they are REGION 1 DVDs; standard DVD players purchased in New Zealand will only play DVDs that specify they are REGION 4 DVDs.

    USA and Canada share the same region code: Region 1. An R1 DVD purchased in Canada is exactly the same as an R1 DVD purchased in the U.S. and vice versa.

    What region DVDs do you sell?

    FamilyChristian.com sells only Region 1 (R1) DVD's. If purchasing from outside of the United States or Canada you will need to make sure your DVD player can play Region 1 DVDs.

    Here is a list of DVD Regions and their corresponding countries:

    • R1 Region 1: United States, U.S. Territories and Canada
    • R2 Region 2: Europe, Japan, the Middle East, Egypt, South Africa, Greenland

What is your returns policy?

The following is our returns policy for both store and online purchases:

  • A guest may receive a full refund on merchandise returned within 90 days with the original receipt. After 90 days, we can offer the guest a merchandise credit for the price of the product on the receipt.
  • Without the original receipt, we can offer the guest merchandise or store credit equal to the lowest sale price of the product within the past 90 days.
  • Refunds on purchases originally paid by check will be refunded by check from our Home Office within 10 to 14 days.
  • No returns may be made on any opened recorded music, software, VHS, DVD, recorded Bible product (incl. cassette, CD, or MP3).
  • Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase.
  • Clearance items are non-returnable.

What are your shipping rates?

FamilyChristian.com offers the following shipping options:

Economy: This is the standard shipping for orders that do not require rush shipping. The base rate is $3.49 and for each item there is a $0.49 per item additional charge. This option of typically arrives in 7-10* business days.

Express: This option is ideal for rush shipments. The base rate is $9.99 with a $2.99 per item additional charge. This option typically arrives in 2-3* business days.

International: This is the shipping option for orders outside of the United States. The base rate is $9.99 with a $2.99 per item additional charge. This option can take up to 20 days, depending on the postal authority within the delivery country.

Ship to Store: This option is free to the customer. It must ship to a Family Christian store location. Order delivery is dependent on whether the product can be fulfilled through the local store, the FamilyChristian warehouse, or a distributor. Allow 7-10 business days for fulfillment. Customers will be notified by e-mail when the order is ready for pick-up in the store.
