Matt Fulks, who grew up in the Kansas City area, began his journalism career at Lipscomb University after his baseball career was cut short due to a lack of ability. He s the author/co-author of nearly 20 books, including "For Jayhawks Fans Only" and "A Good Place to Stop" (with Max Falkenstien).
