- A Must Have for the Veggie Fan! by Randi on 2/16/2015
We love Veggie Tales in our household, so when we were given the chance to receive an advanced screening copy of the new Noah's Ark to review, we were thrilled. After 20 years of creating fun biblical tales...I could not believe that they were JUST now telling the story of Noah's Ark! But it was well worth the wait! Immediately upon its arrival, my kids (7 and 1) HAD to watch it! Over a month later, and we're still watching it...almost daily! They love it, I love it...it may very well be a Veggie favorite in our home!!
- “Anything is possible when God gives you a spark!” -VeggieTales Noah’s Ark by Erica @ Healthy Christian Mom on 2/15/2015
I am so happy I received the DVD from Family Christian in exchange for my unbiased review.
VeggieTales does an awesome job at telling the story of Noah. It’s fun with great music. My 5-year-old daughter laughed and danced throughout the whole movie. Noah’s son Shem (who was a big broccoli stalk) really did not understand why his dad put everything thing on hold to build a big boat. In true VeggieTales fashion, the Ark was a big orange slice. By the end of the movie, Shem understood the life lesson of “Trusting God” even when it doesn’t make sense.
The movie does a great job of illustrating the length of time that Noah, his family, and the animals were on the ark after the rain stopped. That is one thing that my daughter commented after the story. She has heard the story so many times and this was the first time she realized how much time passed.
All in all, I give this movie 5+ stars! It’s a great family movie and we will definitely watch it again.

*Disclaimer: This DVD was sent to me free of charge for my honest review from Family Christian. *
Noah's Ark is the first video to introduce the new look of the veggies. My boys, who are now almost 13 and 11, said that they liked the story, but didn't like the new look of the veggies. My girls, ages 9 and almost 4, loved this new Veggie Tales story. My almost 4 year old watched it one time and had some of the songs memorized. She loves Veggie Tales and has now watched this one at least 4 times.
I enjoyed Noah's Ark very much. They were able to tell this story in a fun and vivid way. The songs are catchy and even though the story was not the exact story from the Bible, it still told the truths children need to know. We all enjoyed watching the video and learning to trust God at all times.
- A Sweet Video by Ginger on 2/3/2015
My granddaughter and I sat down and watched the screening of Noah's Ark and we could not be more pleased with the animation, the music, and the story-line.
It is such a great movie about trusting God. I know as an adult, I have such a hard time putting my faith into the "unknown". Even though has always been there for me, and has always been faithful, I struggle with trusting.
This movie really makes you think, really shows you how God really does keep his promises.
Jacks and I had to give this movie 5 stars.
I received a screener of this move for review purposes. All opinions are my own.

About the DVD:
Noah and his family together with a zoo full of animals take an adventure aboard an orange slice ark. After 40 days and nights of rain, everyone's faith has been tested, and they're ready to jump ship. Will they chart a new course, or will they remember to trust God's promises?
The Veggie Tales rendition of the beloved story of Noah and his obedience to God is a classic that will never be forgotten. Trusting God is never easy in our modern times or in Noah's day but it should be. The Bible shows many examples of people obedient to God. And in each story all participants that were obedient reaped many great rewards for doing so. In this instance Noah and his family were spared their very lives, which is an AWESOME feat in itself because everyone not on that boat did not survive.
Along with Noah, his wife, and family there were several different species of animals in pairs of course that accompanied them on the boat. Veggie Tale style Noah, has a few veggie twists as always. The songs were catchy and my children loved them, as always. Veggie Tales Noah's Ark will be just as popular as all the other Veggie Tales movies. The character lesson in Noah's Ark is about Trusting God. Not just trusting Him in the good times, but trusting Him also when it doesn't make much sense or doesn't feel right. A great character lesson for all ages!
